1. What this site is

ResearchForSale.com is a research document store operated by Franchise Genius LLC. We acquire, organize and deliver business research documents. We also generate and sell original reports and analysis. These terms apply to everything sold from this site.

We are not a franchise broker or seller. We do not sell franchises, represent franchisors or buyers, or receive compensation from any franchisor. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any franchisor. Brand names and marks are used only to identify the franchise systems these documents describe.

Documents, reports and information on this site are provided for research purposes. They are a starting point for your own due diligence, not a substitute for it, and not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Conduct all dealings with franchisors directly, and consult qualified legal and financial advisors before entering any agreement.

2. FDDs

FDDs are legally mandated disclosure documents that franchisors file with regulatory authorities. We reproduce them as filed, without alteration. They are current only as of their filing dates, and a franchisor’s later filings or amendments may say something different.

We do not verify the contents of a filing. What a franchisor disclosed is what the document contains.

3. Analysis reports

Where we offer a Multi-Year FDD Analysis report, it summarizes what the FDDs listed in it disclose and what changed between them. Every figure is machine-read from those filings and carries a page citation to its source.

Machine reading can fail. Any figure or quoted text in a report may be incorrect. Verify anything you intend to rely on against the cited page in the original FDD before acting on it. Reports do not rate, rank or recommend any franchise, make no representation about future performance, and are not a substitute for reading the FDDs in full.

If a figure or quoted passage doesn’t match the page cited for it, tell us at support@ResearchForSale.com. We’ll correct it and send you the corrected report at no charge.

4. Information shown on this site

Alongside each document we may show summary details — issue date, page count, initial investment ranges, and short excerpts drawn from the filing itself.

These details are machine-read from the source documents and may be incorrect. They are navigational aids to help you find the right document, not a substitute for reading it. Verify anything you intend to rely on against the document itself.

If a detail shown on this site doesn’t match the document it describes, tell us at support@ResearchForSale.comand we’ll correct it.

5. Purchase terms

These terms apply to every document and report purchased from this site.

What we warrant.We warrant that the file delivered is the product ordered and matches its description on this site — its brand, document year or analysis window, format, and the documents included with it. If it doesn’t, tell us and we’ll send you the correct product or refund your purchase.

That warranty is about what the product is. It is not a warranty of the accuracy of the figures or text within it, which are machine-read from the source FDD filings and may be incorrect. Beyond the warranty above, products are provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No reliance. You acknowledge that reports are machine-generated from source FDDs, that figures may be incorrect, and that you will independently verify against the original FDDs any figure you rely on.

Limitation of liability. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for consequential, incidental or lost-profit damages.

License and third-party reliance.A product is licensed to the purchaser named in the order confirmation — and, where the purchase is made for an organization, to that organization — for evaluating the opportunity it describes. You may share it, in full and unmodified, with your personnel, co-investors, advisors and prospective lenders for that purpose. Anyone who receives it is subject to these terms. Lenders, brokers, advisors, franchisees, sellers and other third parties shown a product take no right of reliance on it and are owed no duty by Franchise Genius LLC.

Republication and resale. Products may not be republished, resold, redistributed, posted publicly, or incorporated into another product or service, in whole or in part. Excerpts may not be circulated separately from the product they came from.

Not an offer to sell a franchise. Nothing on this site or in any product sold from it is an offer by us to sell a franchise, or a recommendation to enter into, decline, finance or exit any franchise relationship.

6. Document Processing Fee

ResearchForSale.com charges a Document Processing Fee for the acquisition, storage, organization and digital delivery of individually purchased documents. This fee covers our operational costs in making a document available to you; it is not a payment for ownership of the document, which remains the property of the party that produced or filed it. FDDs are legally mandated documents filed by franchisors with regulatory authorities. Multi-Year FDD Analysis packages are priced for the report; the source FDDs the report cites are included with it at no additional charge. Package tiers differ by analysis window — a 5-year report analyzes five consecutive filings, a 2-year report two.

7. Refunds

Because products are delivered digitally and immediately, we do not generally refund a purchase once the product has been downloaded or emailed.

We will refund a purchase where delivery failed for technical reasons on our part, where the product delivered is not the product ordered, or where it does not match its description on this site — its brand, document year or analysis window, format, or included documents. Where we can send you the correct product instead, we’ll offer that first.

If a figure or quoted passage in a report doesn’t match the page cited for it, tell us. We’ll correct it and send you the corrected report at no charge. If we can’t correct it, we’ll refund you.

Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of purchase through our contact page. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, design and code are © 2018–2026 Franchise Genius LLC, all rights reserved, and may not be copied without our written permission. Analysis reports are the copyrighted work of Franchise Genius LLC, licensed to you on the terms above. FDDs remain the property of their respective franchisors and are reproduced as filed. Trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, reverse-engineer it, scrape or bulk-copy its content or catalog, or use automated means to access it other than as permitted by our robots.txt.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, this site, or any product purchased from it, are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Before filing any claim, you agree to send written notice describing the dispute to support@ResearchForSale.com and to allow thirty (30) days for the parties to resolve it informally. Any claim not resolved in that period must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.

Claims must be brought individually: you and Franchise Genius LLC each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, with the version and effective date above. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
